System integration can take any website to a higher level. A website is only as good as its usefulness for a company's day-to-day operations. It must go far beyond a nice look that entices people to visit it. It should also entice people to "interact" with it. Once a user interacts with the site, that data must be sent to the back office and integrated into any applicable systems and databases to facilitate sharing of customer and prospect information.
